Depression Therapy

Are you feeling like your relationship is stuck in a rut? It’s tough when you and your partner find yourselves caught in the same arguments night after night. Perhaps you’re sensing a growing distance between you, or you’re yearning for a deeper intimacy that seems out of reach.  You’re not alone; many couples face these challenges. The good news is that no matter how big or small the issues may feel, there is hope for change and improvement. Couples therapy can provide a safe space where you can learn to express your feelings and needs. Together, you can work towards building a stronger, more fulfilling relationship. You deserve to feel connected and understood.

Are you feeling hopeless, isolated, and not like your usual self? Do these thoughts often cross your mind?

  •  I am worthless and feel powerless to change it.
  • I feel guilty for simply wanting to eat, sleep, and be alone.
  • I dislike who I am these days.
  • I can’t stop crying, which makes me want to distance myself from others.
  • I feel intense pain, but no one seems to understand.
  • My life and the world around me feel dark. I despise it, but I feel unable to change it.

If you’ve been struggling with feelings that just don’t feel like you, please know that it’s okay to acknowledge those emotions. You might be facing depression, and it’s important to remember that you’re not alone in this.

Many of our clients find comfort in realizing they are not defined by their struggles and that hope is still within reach.  We understand how the stigma surrounding depression can weigh heavily on you, and we are here to help you navigate the environmental, biological, and situational factors that contribute to your feelings.

Together, we can work to find a path toward healing and support.  If you’re ready to take the first step in lightening this emotional load and rediscovering the person you used to be, please reach out. You deserve that support and guidance.
